One tool from loading the price list and customer quote to AI matching and editing the result.
Matches customer specification lines to the internal price list even when naming differs — e.g. “Cu conductor, 10 m” on the quote vs. catalog entry “copper cable”.
Load the company price list as the source of products, prices, and internal names.
Select a customer price quote and prepare it for automatic filling.
Fill the quote with products from the internal database and open the result for review.
Manually correct matched items and update the price quote as needed.
Replaces monotonous manual lookup of every line item in the internal database — quote work is substantially faster.
